We are very happy with the flexibility. We use the system a lot to help them understand our needs.
Our costs in high volume areas have halved and we see savings across the board

Our workload grows and shrinks rapidly, its a real headache. Job warehouse handles these fluctuations really well
and our costa have stayed on the low side. For us we like being able to jsut add a job and see applications almost immediately, sometimes before they even know.

We are in our thirds year and thankfully growing steadily. I was afraid to try recruitment until we won a big job and I had no choice. Their people seem to fit in with us and I am surprised at how good the costs are. I think it would cost as much if I advertised it myself like we used to do.

he biggest headache for me is not having the staff I planned for. I hate answering phones especially whe I have other things pressing. I used to miss deadlines but finally I gave in to use a recruiter and I wouldnt go back even if it was cheaper, which strangely, its not.
